Although she was given drip all those days, yet her hunger and thirst seems beyond limit because when I refused her breastfeeding, she started licking all over my chest and I could clearly saw her mouth &amp; tongue totally dried. Had I fed her at least for few minutes she could have found some relief towards her excessive thirst. My heart breaks to think that my little baby died of hunger &amp; thirst while on the hand I suffered terrible breasts pain ready to feed my child.<br /><br />Inside the ICU, she was initially put under electric warmer, naked with so many wires all over her body. Later she was transferred in a simple bed naked without anything to warm her body. When I visited her she became very cold. When I touched her cold body, I feared for her life and oh, how much my heart yearned to embrace and warm her up on my chest but I was sternly not allowed even to touch. I am fully convinced that even if a very healthy child is left naked in an air conditioned ICU, she/he would eventually die of cold. A day before she died, I saw my baby kept aside at the corner of the room, all by herself presumably without attention. The beginning part sounds great but later on it sounds like Zohnathlak are a sort of homogeneous people speaking one common language which is far from true. The dialects you've described are not dialects either. Many of them are a language on their own. <br /><br />Lushai now known as Mizo was reduced to writing by UK Baptist missionaries, likewise Mara was reduced to a written language by their missionary Rev. Lorrain, likewise our brethren in Chin Hills too have their own written language due to the good work by American Baptist missionaries. Likewise, Thadous (Kukis) too have their own written and spoken language. <br /><br />The problem is among us. We do not know how diverse we are.
